Services

Maintenance Service: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing....

Planning and Projects Management: To enhance and sustain the physical facilities of the campus. To support the goals of the institution through effective use of resources.

Custodial Services: UC Hastings has adopted a Green Cleaning program consisting of post-consumer paper supplies and Green chemicals. Custodial services are provided by ABM Green services.

Telco Department: Supports campus telecommunication needs.

Utilities Administration: The Utilities Department strives to provide a safe and superior physical environment for the University community, while placing a considerable amount of effort on conserving environmental resources. We are committed to providing continuous, reliable service for the University community.

Landscape Management

Day Porter and Labor Service (event setup, moving services): Day porters are an additional service provided by ABM. Day porters are custodians specifically assigned to a particular facility or group of facilities. Day porters generally work during the day and work under the joint direction of ABM and the Building Manager.
