UC Hastings is transitioning to biweekly pay so the College can participate in UCPath. More information about UCPath here.
To participate in UCPath, Hastings must align pay cycles with UC. Alignment with UC includes having a monthly (MO) pay cycle for exempt employees and a biweekly (BW) pay cycle for non-exempt employees.
Beginning February 26, 2017, non-exempt staff and other hourly paid employees (including students) will transition to a biweekly pay cycle.
Employees on the biweekly pay cycle will be paid every other Wednesday.
Biweekly employees will be required to report actual hours worked in the TRS online timesheets for each pay period.
