The primary purpose of Instructional Media Services is to provide classroom and instructional support. Other requested services are provided if they do not interfere with this purpose. All requested services and equipment are subject to availability.

We will make every effort to fulfill requests; however, we encourage submittal of requests as early as possible in order to insure the availability of both equipment and personnel.

Submitting a request does not guarantee services. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will notify you as soon as possible.
