The VHS/DVD players and control systems (with instructions), are housed in wall-mounted boxes located near the front of the room. Computer input cables are located on wall-hooks near the boxes. Seminar rooms DO NOT have installed computers. Media Services DOES NOT provide notebook/laptop computers. NOTE: Mac users must have the appropriate video adaptor to connect to the system. They can be checked out from the Library at the main circulation desk on the 4th floor (Media Services does not provide them); also,they can be purchased at any Apple Store, or you can check with the Bookstore. All Lecture halls (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K) are equipped as Smart Classrooms. Please contact Media Services for training (it takes 5-10 minutes). Basic instructions can also be downloaded. Equipment in these rooms includes:
All other equipment needs require delivery and setup by Media Services personnel. Please contact us to request equipment as soon as possible before your class/event. If you are requesting equipment for a larger event such as a panel discussion, these types of multi-equipment sets cannot be done in the ten minutes between class changes. In these cases, the room must be reserved for the time slots before and after the event to allow for equipment setup and takedown.
