IT Help Desk

Help with student laptops and UC Hastings computers is available to students at the UC Hastings help desk.  The help desk is located on the 4th floor of the 200 McAllister Street building in the computer lab.

Among the things that the student workers at the help desk can help with are accessing the wireless network, printing, and using Microsoft Office.  Also available to students is help with the Examsoft SofTest software students can use during midterms and finals in lieu of a blue book.

Students with Apple laptops can also get assistance installing Boot Camp or Parallels if they wish to run Microsoft Windows.
