Monthly parkers have in/out privileges during the hours of operation of the garage. However, vehicles must be retrieved before or at closing time. A vehicle that is retrieved prior to or after hours of operation is subject to a fine. Overnight parking is allowed. However, a subscriber who plans to park his/her vehicle for2 full days or more must inform the HPS office in advance.
Only vehicles with license numbers that were provided in the monthly parking agreement will be allowed to park in the garage.
In the event a substitute vehicle is used and information on that vehicle is not in the agreement, a monthly parker is required to notify Hastings Parking Services. Notification should occur prior to parking or at least half an hour before parking.
Unauthorized vehicle will be subject to the daily rate and if left overnight, the maximum rate will apply. Intro Parking Rates
Please dial 415.355.9618 to leave a message, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provide the following information:Sharing an access or campus ID card is not permitted. A violator will be subject to fine, and may result in the loss of parking privileges.
Report lost or stolen access cards immediately to Hastings Parking Services at 415.355.9618. For students, faculty and staff using their campus IDs as access, you must report immediately a lost or stolen ID to Safety & Security at 415.565.4611, or for assistance, visit the security console located in the lobby of 200 McAllister.
A current mailing address is required to send renewal applications or other important notifications.
Monthly parkers are responsible for providing to HPS Manager Angel Solano any changes to contact information.
If there is a change to employment status that will affect a subscriber's parking agreement, including work separation, he/she must call the Hastings Parking Services office at 415.355.9618 or send an email to HPS Manager Angel Solano at solanoa@uchastings.edu.
Monthly parking subscribers whose employment has terminated must return his/her access card to the HPS cashier-on-duty at 376 Larkin.
An employee of UC Hastings must return his/her campus ID to Human Resources at the time of exit interview.
Fines and/or overdue payment of fines must be settled prior to employment separation.
Monthly payment is due on the first day of the month. If the 1st day falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is due on the business day immediately following that weekend or holiday.
It is the responsibility of a monthly parking subscriber to cancel his/her Agreement. Contact the Hastings Parking Services office 24 hours a day; 7 days a week prior to effective date of cancellation.
