Assault with a Deadly
Golden Gate and Hyde Street
On March 29, 2015, at approximately 1815 hours, an incident occurred on the intersection of Golden Gate and Hyde Street. The incident possibly involved several subjects resulting with a victim suffering from multiple lacerations to the facial area. The instrument used by the assailant is reported to be a sharp metallic object possibly a knife. The victim was treated on scene by the San Francisco Fire Dept. and transported to an undisclosed medical facility.

• If a weapon is displayed, don’t resist. Give up your property and save your life.
• Do what you are told and don’t make any sudden moves.
• Try to remember as many details as possible and alert Public Safety or the Police as soon as possible.

At the UC Hastings Garage there are assistance stations that can be used to contact Campus Public Safety as well. For emergency or in-progress incidents, dial 9-1-1 and/or report it to the Public Safety Department.
