Bruce Simon ‘80

Bruce L. Simon, of Hillsborough, California, was appointed in September, 2003. Mr. Simon has been a partner at Pearson, Simon, Warshaw & Penny since March 2007. Previously, he was a partner of Cotchett, Pitre, Simon and McCarthy where he worked since 1984. Mr. Simon currently serves as a Vice Chair of the Litigation Committee of the ABA's Antitrust Section, and is on the Steering Committee for that Section's bi-annual International Cartel Workshop. He is a Past Chair of the State Bar Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Section, and is a frequent speaker as well as contributor on topics related to complex business litigation. He is also the co-author of California Unfair Competition and Business Torts which is a Matthew Bender Practice Guide. Mr. Simon has been selected for The Best Lawyers In America, and is one of the Top 100 Super Lawyers in Northern California. He graduated from Hastings in 1980.
