To develop an online process for initiating, executing, and managing contracts utilizing Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology. The goal is to automate the process by developing a model using contracts for vendor services and Adjunct Faculty. The next phase will include student housing leases, classroom rental agreement, retail lease agreements, and others.
To develop an online process for hiring and onboarding of new student employees - from the time managers or supervisors post the positions, through the student application, approval, and onboarding process. The scope will also cover the off-boarding process when the students graduate. While the Pilot focuses on onboarding of new student employees, the project scope also includes building the foundation for non-student employee onboarding.
To develop an online process for UC Hastings students, employees and constituents to submit requests for action or kick off workflows utilizing Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This is the first step toward developing a virtual one-stop-shop for all UC Hastings internal and external customers.
