Michael Gowe, Adjunct Professor

As a student at Hastings, Adjunct Professor Michael Gowe was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Competition team as well as the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. Since graduating, however, his practice has had nothing to do with international law and is necessarily limited to California.

Professor Gowe is a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice. Working in the Employment and Administrative Mandate Section at the DOJ, he represents state agencies and officials in employment and constitutional law disputes. His practice is evenly divided between appellate and trial court matters in both state and federal courts."
