Adjunct Professor Charles Tait Graves teaches a course on trade secret and employee mobility law. A partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in San Francisco, he has published a number of law review articles on the theory, history, and practice of trade secret law and related doctrines. His writings place special emphasis on the public policy issues at stake in employee mobility disputes. Professor Graves has also been an editor of Trade Secrets, a leading treatise in the field.
Professor Graves received his J.D., cum laude, from U.C. Hastings in 1998 and his B.S., with honors, from U.C. Berkeley in 1994.
