Ori Katz, Adjunct Faculty

Adjunct Professor Ori Katz is a partner at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP. He specializes in corporate workouts, restructurings, and business bankruptcies. His work on behalf of debtors has spanned a wide range of industries, including real estate, retail, construction, biotech, telecommunications, media and internet. Professor Katz also represents creditors, parties interested in purchasing assets in distress situations, and lenders in connection with defaulted loans.

Professor Katz received his law degree magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 2000, and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1996. Professor Katz grew up in San Francisco where he attended Lick-Wilmerding High School.
