Adjunct Professor Frank Lindh is a partner in the San Francisco office of Crowell & Moring, LLP, and has been a lawyer in the energy industry for nearly 30 years. He previously served as General Counsel of the California Public Utilities Commission. Professor Lindh began his legal career as law clerk to the Solicitor General of the United States. He also served as an appellate attorney in the Office of the Solicitor of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Washington, D.C. He has authored or co-authored several articles in the Energy Law Journal. Before his service at the State PUC, Frank was an in-house attorney at Pacific Gas and Electric Company in San Francisco, and for two years served as General Counsel of an interstate natural gas pipeline then known as Pacific Gas Transmission Company, which delivers gas from Western Canada to California and the Pacific Northwest. Frank is an honors graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center.
