Kevin Romano, Adjunct Professor

Adjunct Professor Kevin Romano is a principal and partner of Chung & Romano, a family law practice with offices in San Jose and San Francisco. He and his partner, Susan Chung (Hastings 1984) specialize in the litigation of high-conflict divorces. Professor Romano has served as a Judge Pro Tempore in Santa Clara County Superior Court. He was trial co-counsel on In re Marriage of Norviel (2002) 102 Cal. App.4th 1152. He has been a guest lecturer on Moore-Marsden calculations for the Santa Clara County Bar Association Family Law Section.

Professor Romano is a 1984 graduate of Hastings College of the Law. While a student at Hastings, he was an extern for the Honorable Clinton White, Presiding Justice of the California Court of Appeal. He was also a member of Hastings' 1983 Roger Traynor Moot Court team, a year Hastings won First Place in that competition. In his spare time, Professor Romano enjoys travel, gardening and Korean kendo.
