Bahram Seyedin-Noor is a founding partner of Alto Litigation, PC and a former partner in one of the most successful securities litigation groups in the United States. Since graduating from Harvard Law School, Bahram has won cases in state and federal courts in California and beyond. Bahram is a former law clerk to the Hon. James Ware (Ret.), United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Bahram represents companies and individuals in commercial disputes, securities class action lawsuits, shareholder derivative actions, and SEC investigations. In addition, Bahram has advised corporate board committees on internal investigations involving legal, accounting, and disclosure issues, as well as potential violations of federal and state laws.
