One-Semester Course (2009 - present)
Two-Semester Course (1995-2008)
Before the 2008-09 academic year, Contracts was taught as a two-semester course. Fall exams covered material through Chapter 4 (the statute of frauds), while spring exams covered material from Chapter 5 to the end of the book (interpretation through remedies). Coverage was also somewhat different. For example, assignment, delegation, and third-party beneficiaries were included in the spring semester.
