Refund/Cancellation Policy: If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. You'll receive a full refund if you notify us no later than seven calendar days before the event (sporting events excluded). Alumnus of the Year Luncheon
Please mark your calendar for a luncheon to celebrate Fresno Alumnus of the Year, The Honorable James Kelley '92 of the Fresno Superior Court on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. We look forward to seeing you! The cost is $18.95 per person for lunch. Please bring cash or a check to the event. Checks can be made out to The Downtown Club and will be collected when you check in at the event. If you have a preference for lunch, please indicate your choice in your RSVP. Lunch includes Iced Tea and Apple Pie a la Mode and one of the following entrees: Tomato, Olive & Caper Pasta, Grilled Shrimp with Cajun Red Beans and Rice, or Roasted Chicken Breast with Roasted Potatoes, Peas & Carrots. Please indicate your entree selection in your RSVP.

CNDR Seeks Volunteers for 2012 Regional ABA Representation in Mediation Competition
Want to help law students learn how to be representatives in mediation? Want to enhance your resume? Want to be of service? The Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution needs you! CNDR seeks experienced mediators and lawyers for the 2012 Regional ABA Representation in Mediation Competition from March 3-4, 2012 at UC Hastings. In this competition, law students role-play as attorneys and clients in a mediation setting. The competition measures how well law students model appropriate preparation for and representation of a client in mediation. For more details, including volunteer shift times and volunteers' roles, please go to CNDR's website. To volunteer, click the “short form” link at the bottom of the page. Once you complete the form, save it to your computer, and email it to Jolynn Jones. All volunteers will be sent a confirmation and additional information, including the Rules and Instructions for Judges, and the problems assigned to the competitors. We look forward to seeing you!
