Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal (Comm/Ent) is the nation's preeminent law journal covering communications, entertainment, and intellectual property law. Comm/Ent's publishing agenda has expanded to include the Internet, telecommunications, biotechnology, multimedia, broadcasting, and constitutional law. Comm/Ent is always seeking practitioners' and scholars' articles for publication. Please submit your manuscript with footntoes and double-space the entire document. Citations should conform to The Bluebook (18th ed. 2005). Submissions should be sent in Word format via email to the Editor in Chief or by sending a digital copy in Word format by carrier mail to:
