Adjunct Professor Denise M. Alter represents global clients from Fortune 500 companies to kunsthallen with their art- and business-related transactional and litigation needs.  To focus her practice on art and cultural property law, Professor Alter founded Bridge LawSM after leaving a litigation partnership at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in 2002.
