N. Darshan Brach
Adjunct Professor Darshan Brach has been an attorney since 1988 and a dispute resolution professional since 1996. Since her move from Massachusetts to California in 2005, she has taught Mediation at Santa Clara University School of Law and Negotiation at UC Hastings College of the Law. In Massachusetts, she taught Negotiation and Mediation as an Adjunct Professor and Clinical Instructor at New England School of Law and at the University of Massachusetts Graduate Program in Dispute Resolution. She was Director of Training at Metropolitan Mediation Services, where she supervised new mediators in district court settings and ran dispute resolution trainings for the public, as well as for numerous governmental entities. She works privately as a mediator, for families, businesses and individuals in conflict; as a life coach, for individuals wishing to make significant personal or professional life changes; and as a facilitator, for environmental or other groups in decision-making or team-building processes.
