Karl H. Christiansen
Adjunct Professor Karl H. Christiansen is Senior Counsel with the law department of Wells Fargo Bank, focusing on commercial credit transactions.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Professor Christiansen was associated with the firms of Riordan & McKinzie in Los Angeles and Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco, where he represented clients in probate, real estate, and intellectual property litigation, and financial and technology transactions, respectively.
Professor Christiansen earned his B.A. degree in 1986 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and his J.D. in 1996 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was Primary Associate Articles Editor of the Hastings Law Journal. During his final semester of law school, Professor Christiansen served as judicial extern for the Honorable William W Schwarzer, Senior United States District Judge for the Northern District of California.
Professor Christiansen is a member of the State Bar of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the American Bar Association.
