Krisana M. Hodges


Adjunct Professor Krisana M. Hodges teaches Law and Sexuality. Professor Hodges is the principal of the law firm of Krisana M. Hodges. Her practice focuses on commercial and securities litigation, technology transactions, business counseling, and civil rights advocacy.. She has worked on a wide range of cases involving intellectual property, white-collar criminal, immigration and constitutional law. Professor Hodges began her career as an associate with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City. She later worked for the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC in its Palo Alto and San Francisco offices. She is admitted to practice in California and New York.

Professor Hodges earned her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 and her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 2000. While at Tulane, she was a member and editor of the Tulane Law Review and an editor of the Journal of Law and Sexuality.
