David M. Lacy Kusters

Adjunct Professor David M. Lacy Kusters graduated magna cum laude from Hastings in 2005. Active in the non-profit world, Prof. Lacy Kusters has worked with or advised a number of local non-profit organizations, including providers of pro bono legal services, museums, fine art galleries, and advocacy groups. His legal interests center around non-profits, software, intellectual property, health insurance, and art law. Prof. Lacy Kusters lives in San Francisco and practices at Fenwick & West LLP.
