Bruce McNamara

Adjunct Professor Bruce McNamara is a partner of the firm of Perkins Coie, LLP, practicing in the firm's Corporate and Securities group. His practice includes all aspects of public and private company representation, including public offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis in technology companies. Professor McNamara received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1990 and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley in 1985.
