Tamsen Plume

Adjunct Professor Tamsen Plume is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Public Policy & Regulation Group. Her practice concentrates on land use and environmental law. Located in the San Francisco office, she represents project proponents in land use and environmental permitting, compliance, and due diligence matters for complex land use, development and redevelopment projects.

Professor Plume's practice includes land use and environmental due diligence for real estate transactions, local land use entitlements, including development agreements, general plan amendments, zoning amendments, variances, design review and permitting, redevelopment, environmental review, and resource agency permitting and compliance.

Professor Plume received her bachelor's degree from University of Virginia with honors, and graduated cum laude from University of California Hastings College of the Law.
