Bahram Seyedin-Noor

Adjunct Professor Bahram Seyedin-Noor is a partner at Valdez Seyedin-Noor Dunson & Doyle LLP, a litigation boutique located in San Francisco.  Bahram spent the first twelve years of his career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he was a partner in the litigation group. Over the past decade, Bahram has represented dozens of companies, directors, and officers in complex civil and securities litigation in both state and federal courts. Bahram has represented clients in numerous complex mediations, arbitrations and business negotiations.  Bahram has also represented issuers and individuals in SEC investigations and advised corporate board committees on internal investigations and a variety of legal issues relating to federal and state laws.

Bahram holds a B.A. from Pomona College in Economics and Literature, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he contributed to the Harvard Human Rights Journal and Harvard International Law Journal.

Bahram is proficient in Spanish, Russian and Farsi and enjoys playing flamenco guitar.
