Allyn Stern

Adjunct Professor Allyn Stern is an attorney for the Environmental Protection Agency. As Chief of the Hazardous Waste Branch in the EPA Office of Regional Counsel, she is responsible for the civil enforcement of matters under the federal hazardous waste laws. She specializes in complex multi-party negotiations, working to ensure the cleanup of some of the most contaminated hazardous waste sites in the country. Professor Stern has practiced law at the EPA since 1987. She graduated from George Washington University National Law Center, after receiving her undergraduate degree from Indiana University.
