Employment and Internship Opportunities

The Congressional-Executive Commission on China in Washington, D.C. is accepting applications for summer interns.   The application deadline for summer 2009 is February 1.  The Commission also accepts applications for fall and spring internships.  Full Announcement.  (Posted January 7, 2009)

CLD Consultants (Beijing), is seeking a Chinese national to work as a program officer.  CLD Consultants provides consulting services and projects in the areas of: legal system development, legal reform, public interest, women’s issues, governance, education reform, and capacity-building of non-governmental organizations.   Full Announcement.  (Posted December 1, 2008)

International Bridges to Justice is an NGO founded in 2000 that strives to protect due process and achieve fair trials for the accused throughout the world.  IBJ currently has projects in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and other countries.  IBJ hired a Hastings student to work as a summer intern in Beijing in 2008.   Employment and internship opportunities are announced here.
