Local Government Field Work

WELCOME to the Local Government Law Clinic. As you know, the clinic has two components, a fieldwork component and a course component. Each component has its own requirements and is evaluated independently. The field work component carries four units of clinical credit. To earn those credits, you must work 16 hours per week in the Office of the City Attorney for at least 13 weeks, receive satisfactory evaluations from your supervising attorneys, write a journal, and meet at least three times with your Hastings supervisor. The field work component is graded pass/fail.
