ASSIGNMENT

For the first  class, please read pages 1-17 in the casebook (Franklin, Rabin & Green, Tort Law and Alternatives (8th edition, 2006)).  Be prepared to discuss the main case, Hammontree v. Jenner.

On Tuesday, January 13, we will begin studying Chapter 12, which covers  the intentional torts.  For Tuesday, please read pp. 884-891.
