Professor Rory Little's Summaries of U.S. Supreme Court Decisions
Professor Rory Little publishes summaries of all U.S. Supreme Court criminal law-related decisions at the American Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section website. These short, but detailed summaries cover every opinion in a case, including dissents, concurrences, and so on. Professor Little writes these summaries within 24-48 hours of the opinion release and the ABA then sends them to everyone on its criminal justice listserve, which includes 14,000 lawyers nationwide.
