Susan C. Morse, Associate Professor of Law
Susan Morse studies and writes about international tax policy and tax compliance. Her publications have appeared in journals including the Fordham Law Review and the Virginia Tax Review. She presented her paper Solving Offshore Account Information Asymmetry at the IRS Research Conference in June 2010.
Professor Morse clerked for the Honorable Michael Boudin of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She spent seven years in business tax practice at Ropes & Gray, Boston and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Palo Alto. Before joining the Hastings faculty in 2010, Professor Morse served as Research Assistant Professor at Santa Clara University School of Law.
