Joshua Lerner, Adjunct Professor

Josh is a partner at Durie Tangri LLP.  Prior to joining Durie Tangri, Josh was in-house counsel at Genentech, Inc. Josh started his career at Keker & Van Nest LLP. Josh then spent a year practicing mainly criminal law at Clarence & Dyer.  Josh’s practice is focused on complex civil and intellectual property litigation. Josh received his B.A., Reed College, 1997 and his J.D. Boalt Hall, University of California, Berkeley, 2001.
