Adjunct Professor Kari Rudd is a staff attorney in the consumer unit at Bay Area Legal Aid (BayLegal). Professor Rudd represents low-to-moderate income consumers and homeowners in cases related to debt collection, foreclosure, credit reporting, and unfair business practices. Her work includes affirmative litigation, defending debt collection actions and post-foreclosure unlawful detainers, and a variety of other direct legal services.
Professor Rudd is a 2009 graduate, magna cum laude, of the University of Minnesota Law School.
