          Summaries of U.S. Supreme Court Decisions

          Professor Rory Little publishes summaries of all U.S. Supreme Court criminal law-related decisions at the American Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section website. These short, but detailed summaries cover every opinion in a case, including dissents,concurrences, and so on. Professor Little writes these summaries within 24-48 hours of the opinion release and the ABA then sends them to everyone on its criminal justice listserve, which includes 14,000 lawyers nationwide.
          • August 2011 - 2011 Supreme Court Summaries
          • June 24, 2010 - Skilling v. United States; Black v. United States; Weyhrauch v. United States; and Magwood v. Patterson (Warden)
          • June 21, 2010 - Holder (Attorney General) v. Humanitarian Law Project et al

          • June 14, 2010 - Carachuri-Rosendo v.Holder; Dolan v. United States; and Holland v. Florida
