Tuition and Fees

For the 2009-2010 academic year, Hastings has instituted a reduced tuition charge for the LLM degree program.  This new tuition cost will be $33,000 for the year. There will be no distinction made between in-state and out-of-state tuition.       

Living Expenses

You should plan to have a minimum of $19,000 - $20,000 to cover your living expenses (over and above your tuition costs) for the year.  

Scholarships 

Hastings offers partial tuition scholarships to some LL. M. students, but the majority of the costs must be provided by your own resources.  To apply for a scholarship, please submit the Scholarship Application (download here) at the time of your LL. M. application.

Hastings cannot certify educational loans to international students, however, if you are a U.S permanent resident in the LL. M. program you are eligible to apply for financial loans through the financial aid office.
