Fall 2009 Tuition and Fee Invoice

View your current invoice and charges due online at WebAdvisor. All invoices are presented electronically; you will not be mailed a paper invoice. You should check your invoice regularly as the balance due may change as a result of your residency classification; health insurance waivers and financial aid.

  • A positive balance on your invoice reflects the amount you need to pay for the Fall 2009 semester. See the links below for the due dates and deadlines by which the payment must be received in order to avoid being assessed a late fee.
  • A credit balance on your invoice means the College owes you the excess amount of your financial aid proceeds after your tuition and fee charges have been paid. This amount will be disbursed beginning on Friday, August 21, 2009. You can receive your excess financial aid proceeds in two ways:

    1. E-Check - To receive your funds electronically in your designated bank account, you must first sign up by submitting your E-Check application to the Office of Fiscal Services by no later than Friday, August 14, 2009. We strongly encourage you to sign up for E-Check. It is safe, free and convenient and provides you with the quickest access to your financial aid proceeds. The first E-Check deposits will be made on Friday, August 21, 2009.
    2. Paper check - Pick up your paper check starting at 1 pm on Friday, August 21, 2009 in the Office of Fiscal Services by presenting a valid identification.
