Payroll Services

Under the Office of Fiscal Services, the Payroll unit’s primary objective is to accurately and timely process employees’ pay.  The College maintains a centralized payroll function, which is responsible for pay calculations and processing, tax and other withholdings for all Hastings employees including staff, faculty, students and other hourly-paid employees.

Payroll Services

• Get a duplicate copy of your W2
• Get a copy of a previous check stub. You may also go to the following URL: http://atyourservice.ucop.edu, and select "Change address/Payroll Information Online" on the right side of the At Your Service website home page. After you log on, click on the "View Your UC Pay Advice."
• Calculate your net paycheck if you are thinking of changing your deductions
• Place a stop payment on a lost or stolen pay check
• Tell you how much work study award you have left
• Help you complete your timesheet
• Tell you why you didn’t get paid
• Tell you why your wages are being garnished
• Tell you your W4 withholding status. To view and update online, you may go to http://atyourservice.ucop.edu, and select "Change address/Payroll Information Online" on the right side of the At Your Service website home page. After you log on, click on "Calculate & Update your Tax Withholding Information."
• Tell you what address is being used in payroll. To view and update online, you may go to http://atyourservice.ucop.edu, and select "Change Address/Payroll Information Online" on the right side of the At Your Service website home page. After you log on, click on "Update Your Personal Information."
• Access your W-2 Online
