Financial Aid Refunds

For Spring 2012, financial aid refund checks will be available at the Office of Fiscal Services, 198 McAllister, Room 111, over the counter, starting 9:00 a.m., Friday, January 06, 2012.

Before financial aid funds can be released to the student:

1. Tuition and fees and any other outstanding balance due to the College must have been paid;
2. The student's record must be clear of any holds; and
3. The student must present a photo ID with signature.

If the student signs up for direct deposit/E-Check via WedAdvisor or with the Office of Fiscal Services by Tuesday, December 20, 2011, he/she will ensure that any financial aid refund is electronically deposited by Friday, January 06, 2012, in the bank account designated by the student.

If the student receives a paper check from the lender, the student may come to the Office of Fiscal Services and endorse the check over to the College to pay for tuition and fees. If the student does this by Monday, January 09, 2012, a refund check will be available after 3 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2012, at the Office of Fiscal Services.
