Ethics and Civility in the Legal Profession - Interactive Panel

This informative panel discussion focusing on ethical and civility issues within the legal profession will be hosted by the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national trial lawyers association with more than 6,000 members. It panel will consist of members from the defense bar and plaintiff bar, as well as a judge, who will present ethical issues and issues of civility in an interactive format. Bill Smith, a plaintiff’s attorney and Hastings alum, is bringing this important program to the Hastings campus and students are encouraged to attend. Food and refreshments will be provided.
