The Hastings Health Law Organization invites you to come and learn about the healthcare reforms of Senators John McCain and Barak Obama.  Healthcare is an area that illustrates the deeper philosophical differences between the candidates and their parties. Speakers:  Helen Ann Halpin, Ph.D., MSPH - Professor of Health Policy and Director of the Center for Health and Public Policy Studies, University of California Berkeley School of Public Health; Unpaid Advisor to the Obama Campaign; William H. Dow, Ph.D. - Nonpartisan Independent Health Analyst; Member of the Council of Economic Advisors during the Bush Administration; and Robert L. Schwartz - Visiting Professor at Hastings. Food will be served.
