Hastings will simulcast the oral arguments before the California Supreme Court in the Proposition 8 case this Thursday, March 5. The arguments are scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.

Following the arguments will be a panel discussion featuring Professors Joseph Grodin, Donna Ryu, and Lois Weithorn.

The event is open to the public and free to attend.
