Hastings Law Journal Presents "Democracy & the Courts: Judicial Selection, Legal Literacy, and the Role of Public Opinion"

The Hastings Law Journal presents its annual symposium, Democracy & the Courts: Judicial Selection, Legal Literacy, and the Role of Public Opinion.
The symposium features a keynote address from Linda Greenhouse, a Knight Distinguished Journalist-in-Residence and Joseph Goldstein Senior Fellow with Yale Law School, and afternoon remarks by Justice Ming Chin of the California Supreme Court. Many other legal and political science scholars will sit on the panels, including Professors Joseph Grodin and Calvin Massey.
