Mark Harmon '71, the longest-serving prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), visits Hastings for an informal Q & A session. Harmon has been at the ICTY since its creation in the 1990s and has won a number of significant war crimes convictions there.
