Join Adjunct Professor John Dean '79 for a discussion on his experiences in negotiation and arbitration. Professor Dean's career has included negotiating on behalf of management, and for 13 years on behalf of the Air Line Pilots Association.  Professor Dean recently completed a two-year negotiation process with Hawaiian Airlines, the first large airline to emerge from bankruptcy after 9/11, and the first major labor negotiation for President Obama's newly appointed National Mediation Board.
