This event will gather speakers and attendees from the medical, legal, and policy communities. Opening with an overview of the Women's Health Initiative hormone trial data, the event will offer multi-disciplinary panels and discussions about issues including health policy decision making, informed consent, litigation over hormone use, and gendered medicine. The keynote speaker will be Marianne J. Legato, M.D., an internationally recognized specialist in women's health and the founder and director of the Partnership for Gender-Specific Medicine at Columbia University.

The Symposium will be preceded by a reception from 5:30 to 7:00 on February 24.

Admission is free and open to the public. 7 hours MCLE or CME credit is available to attendees.
