The healthcare reform bill recently passed by Congress has generated great controversy both in the news and in legal circles, especially with regard to its mandate that individuals obtain health insurance. Please join the UC Hastings Federalist Society and members of the UC Hastings community for a debate between Todd Gaziano of the Heritage Foundation and Prof. David Faigman regarding the constitutionality of the individual mandate provision in the health care reform bill.  Prof. Ashutosh Bhagwat will be moderating.
