No job after OCI? Now what?

The UC Hastings Career Office brings you an intriguing and alternative take on finding a job, creating a career, and living a passionate and fulfilling life.  Casey Berman (’99), founder of the operational practice Berman Advisory, Managing Director of the investment bank Berman Capital and the blogger behind Leave Law Behind, will conduct a speaking series this fall semester on campus. The first will be on Monday, September 12. 

The September 12 talk is open to all UC Hastings students, and is particularly appropriate for those students who did not get a job through OCI. Casey will discuss post-OCI let-down and how to open your eyes to other ways you can use your law degree to make money, live a happy life and create the day-to-day routine that is in alignment with your skills, passions and personality (hint from Casey:  it’s likely right in front of your eyes. Second hint from Casey:  It will take a long time to do this, but the goal is to enjoy the journey while you make money and build increased self-worth).
