This is a fun event for the children who reside in the tenderloin to Trick-or-Treat in a safe environment and have a good time. 150 children from the Tenderloin community will come celebrate Halloween in the Tower. We will be decorating the Clara Foltz lounge, providing pizza, juice, healthy snacks, and of course some candy to the children.
