UC Hastings Outlaw and American Constitution Society present a symposium discussing the sometimes incorporation of transgender, intersex, two-spirit, bisexual and asexual people under the umbrella of "gay rights" or "queer rights" and the distinct legal challenges these populations face.

Legal professionals can earn up to 5.5 CLE credit hours for attending.
